they are removing his as debuff on W so he wont really be op anymore. probably a bit on the up side tbh
but vayne is my favorite ad just because if your skillful with vayne you can win any lane with a decent support

If they buff his poke components then Ezreal will suddenly be this niche filling AD instead of amazing duelist. I kind of hope he does become a niche poke AD tbh, because that's what he should've been always.

the elo reset is equal to (your current elo + 1200)/2 according to my friends
higher you are lower you get lower you are higher you get (ie at 0 elo you'd get up to 600, at 3000 you'd be 2100.)
again this is according to my friends though so i don't know how legitimate it is

you might have to do over a few times b4 it will work but it will make the new boss dance :D
