MOST good champs that are currently played often in high ELO should be 6300.

Then it's pay to win though. In a game where champions are theoretically supposed to be balanced, or are at least buffed/nerfed until they reach a passable state, the proper reason for varying cost is difficulty. That is to say, champions that resonate with the player skill level, capitalizing on talent but simultaneously punishing more for mistakes, should have a higher cost in order to prevent new players from getting in over their heads.

no, i don't know how riot chooses which champions are 6300 (besides new ones)

Okay so i just had my first two games, in the second i killed six turrets, is that good? or should i be focusing on people more?
