I mean, it's still doable, but only in a long match.

But we all know there's no possible way you could be casting every 3 seconds unless you're Karthus. Though Muramana would be useless for Karthus, because he has no single-target spells.
Also, the ability power bonus per mana on Archangel's staff is now unique, therefore cannot stack.
No more 5 archangel 1 deathcap karthus. :(

I've heard that the Tear or whatever is currently broken. (You can spam spells and still gain mana without the cooldown or whatever)
