While you did do relatively well, you've still got a lot to learn.
You have easy opponents, who also have a lot to learn.
Besides looking at summoner spells and item builds, the best way to realize your normal game ELO is by looking at the chat. People aren't speaking English.

Yeah, I'm still getting used to the game. I'm definitely not great, by any means, but I didn't crash and burn as much as I thought I was going to.
