Debatable.
Kha was able to kill him before the nerfs, just not easily. Heavily relied on strategy, whereas rengar simply presses Q twice.
Albiet I haven't seen rengar doing nearly as much damage as I'm used to seeing him do lately.

K6 is considered bullstuff OP doucherichard that can't lose lane.
in fact saying "turns out K6 can lose a lane" is how people say a champion is good in some groups lately.
Rengar is meh right now.
