it depends how many normal you play, if you play ranked once you hit 30 and barely play any normal, you'll get matched with people that just hit lvl 30 or around that skill lvl. But if you play normal and no ranked for a while you'll have an easier time with ranked

I've been matched with a whole bunch of ninnies lately that manage to feed a tryndamere 10 kills by about 8 minutes.

Losing spree on ranked uggh. Let too many idiots top and then I still do horribly because then I got handicaps elsewhere.
