Doesn't even need his passive, though I can see how it would work good. There just really isn't any comfortable way to get it early enough in my opinion, though, I've really only played him support so far so that's probably why. Normally every other lane gets called so I can't test it out.
Like, I'm really willing to try a manamune mana tank with him but I'm always stuck support and I don't think he's mobile enough for mid.
Seems like jungle and top might be fun for him.

thats kind of why they are reworking her because they want me to play a champion they made.

In normal games, you can generally just do whatever you want since nothing's really at loss

but the skin thing is dumb. the relaunch is probably going to be in like a month or something, so everyone will be able to get her
