High base damage makes them still just as effective at dishing out damage without building much damage.

Taric already had insane base damage on his W, then they decide to give it 30% armor scaling, and then they think 10-30 damage fixes it? 10-30 damage wouldn't even fix it before the armor scaling. lol

one way to help you winning even if you win lane is to help other lanes, then they end up winning and your team will win in general

I like AD/AP carry alot such as Lux, Elise, etc.
So I've been thinking,

Yeah this. I always jump to another lane after sending my enemy back or killing them. Even if you don't help another lane get a kill, you can at least zone them so your team can farm.
