you realize the tribunal only selects games at random
you have to be like reported in ~20% of your games to get into the tribunal and 1 case gets viewed by a bunch of players and when the majority is punish riot looks it over (probably also checking some games that aren't shown in the tribunal too) and they decide the ban from there.
