I bought Teemo and a skin with my free Riot Dollars and regret it every day. When they first came out with the reimburse thing it allowed you to go back to your first purchases, I thought about it then but was too slow to decide. Now I will never get a skin for a champion I like.

Its not that hes bad its just I don't think hes very fun.
He's kinda fun but not my type of champ.
