Considering I've only ever bough 3-4 champions using RP, I don't think it's much of an issue. Money isn't really tight for me right now.

Would never use RP honestly. I've been saving up IP quite alot. Got around 11k. Will buy tier 3 runes when I get to lvl 20 and then have my mind set on some champs.

is katarina worth it for 395 RP? I'm not really sure if I should use RP to unlock champions since you can just save up IP :s
