we already have the worst loving community except for Dota, wont be bad.
and 1v1 skill does justify.

Umm...
Not really, Imagine if the other player loves to play with someone like Fizz, but then he goes against Mordekaiser.
Mordekaiser counters Fizz totally, etc. His harrass doesn't do stuff, denies him to farm...
The game will end more likely to Mordekaiser getting 100 farm than Fizz getting even 20.

if I didn't get runaan's I'd only have 10 bolts per second
and I prefer phantom dancer for all the things
also, I used to think that morde was a counter for Veigar
just went 9/0/4 against him
the only thing I needed was for my jungler to occasionally cover my lane for maybe 20 seconds while I went b
never killed him during laning phase, just killed everyone else

Individuality in a team based game won't win you many matches.
