Thats bullstuff, because many people who ask for honors usually dont get them because "One who asks for honors, doesn't get them", and even I have said that phrase.

I still have one of mine.
I used to have "great leader" but now I just have teammate.
People still honor me regularly, simply because I care and I try and I am patient.
I have never asked for honor, and when people ask me what honor I want I tell them it's not up to me to decide.

But etc. when you have had a great game with someone who has just not played well, but contributed in the chat like for example:
"gj, you managed to kill that fed diana"
"lets go team, ALL TOGETHER AT MID NOW"
"gj all"
"shame you died, we should probably not go alone in the enemies jungle anymore"
"Good luck, Have fun."
"ggwp"
Something like that, if the game lasts for like, what 40-60 minutes I think someone who has did/contributed somehow like this to the team deserve a great teammate honor.

Much of the time encouragement or advice becomes incessant and obnoxious. It's important not to overstep the line.
