Probably because all adcs require the same mechanics (except for like draven or something) and they just have diff abilites

because all you have to do is stand next to your support and autoattack anything you see in teamfights from a safe area
if you didn't forget up laning which is even easier and none of their divers are fed as forget then you don't have to have a brain
draven required a brain but nerfed to forget and i hated him anyways
ezreal is even easier because q has 1k range

it's just micro, and you do need more as you get higher but if you have it all you have to do is avoid divers and attack anything
