Pretty sure I just went up against a blitzcrank hacker. On Vi, when I'd stun or knockback with my charge or ult he'd get an extra 300-400 health, that is if he didn't get out of the way even when I was hidden in tall grass. Towers didn't attack him when he would chase me all the way back to base and his arm launch didn't seem to have a CD or limit. He used it twice between tier two and one towers while he was chasing me. |

I'm not sure about the towers not attacking him part but he can build full cdr and his grab can get pretty low on cd. EDIT: he also could have the crucible item that gives him health and gets rid of any cc on him. |
