No, but DFG sorc garen is hilarious because ulti is magic damage
DFG deals % of their max health
If they have low MR then basically your combo deals a third of their health and then you just lololololgaren away

I'm pretty sure garen ult does % health missing, you're supposed to use it to secure kills.
