getting sorc shoes and liandrys wouldve been 100 times better if you were going for damage.
you dont need lucidity boots if you have frozen heart and talisman because those put you at 40% on their own, and the +30 magic pen from liandrys as well as the DoT makes it so that youre almost doing true damage to their team after your starfall starts stacking
