"No Ping" problem.

Every time i host a server, and i invite someone to help me build, they say they can't join because i have "no ping".
It's starting to get annoying, i have port forwarded(not sure if that is needed anymore), checked youtube, asked the person that tried to join how to fix it, and i got nothing. Little help here?

(I've also tried Dedi and not even I could join my OWN SERVER)

Did, nothing happened
Although before i installed avast it was fine.

Modify avast's firewall.

NOEDIT: I'm sorry, I posted that too quickly, what is avast? Anti malware?
