| Whats the difference from an account perma-ban and a IP perma-ban? |

Every computer has an ip. But every computer has a different ip. So, an ip-ban means that your banned from using your account on the computer your on when you got banned. A perma-ban means that you are permanetly banned, but you can get a new account and you can start all over again. |
