I put on a pair of gloves and begin operating, starting with making a cut into the wounds, avoiding major blood vessels. I had Jacov help me out by keeping the blood from spilling all over the sidewalk. I took a pair of tweezers and removed the first bullet, which looked like it hurt like a motherforgeter.
