I ignore him, jogging to the exit.

If you're still on the roof, my parting shot is to tackle you down the stairs and die, breaking at least one of your limbs or at the very least a rib or two.
If not, I should sneak back to bed from my little trip to check up on things.

I walk back into the hospital and look for a new weapon. While doing so, I find a bonesaw. I put it in my duffle, thinking it would come in handy later, considering it was a garbage weapon in my hands. I exit the hospital and enter the RV. "A survivor and they leave. I could have influenced them to come with us if the handicapped kid I had to follow didn't decide to treat her as a hostile!"
Mikoyan:
I sneak to the gas tank of the RV and I stab my knife into it, causing all of the fuel to leak out. Satisfied, I jog away silently towards the mall.
