Which you perfer use server service of Kalphiter's or Lub's?

Lub seems more determined to act in a way that is professional (which he should since he would be dealing with money) and has a more solid concept in how he will treat his customers and what standard of service he wants to provide.
As for you, I've never got the impression you never cared. You have a really poor attitude, that is defensive and angry, but you never seem to get anything done or give a straight answer when people want it. And I always hear people complaining about your servers misbehaving and how you won't fix it.

Some of them complain about add-on issues.

I'm going by what people tell me.
I've also heard people say you give yourself SA and change stuff on their server, claiming its to "fix issues". I don't see why you need to snoop around your customers servers.

At times I might agree that Kalph's attitude isn't the best, but I don't think he would do something like that
