Moving Player Vehicle mod

I think its a good idea you people may not think but i think its kind of lame of a pirate ship to have people standing on it and not moving its brick boats are cool but they don't move and that's lame

Not Heed's, I tried it out once on his server, still needed a little more work. I think it used the same system as the submarine we have now.
