HELP! Tops of blocks invisible!

Attached are screenshots of a very annoying error i keep getting in blockland. The tops of bricks are rendering for only a second or two until they go invisible. as seen in the attached files i place the brick and the ghost shows the complete brick, once placed, however, the top of the brick disappears within moments PLEASE HELPPPPPP!
