Author Topic: my friend just found an alternate Ctrl+V on accident  (Read 1536 times)

What if I don't have an insert key?
How could this be, it's right by the page up key!?

Menu key + P is best way. Just don't print on accident.

that panel of 6 keys aren't really necessary afaik, i've had a keyboard with at least 2 of them not present

look at the numpad, there are 6 keys on there that act the same as that panel of 6 keys if you have numlock off

maybe tammy DOES have an insert key, it's just on the numpad

But is there an alternate Ctrl+C?

I have a fn key instead.

Interesting, I never knew about this either.

Did not know about this.
Will probably forget about it though. :3

I have to hit Shift + fn + f12 to do it, so I won't be doing that very often.

I like ctrl v better because you can do it with one hand.

you can also do right shift and insert

though that would only be helpful if you were left-handed.

oh stuff, it's actually useful now

also apparently the "fn" button is not necessary

holy stuff it works.
I didn't know that at all! But ctrl+v is easier.

And it works!
