Will this laptop be able to run blockland at all?

The worst CPU I've gotten BL to run on is an old 700 MHz one, and that was cutting it pretty close.

Is there some way to make a jack that would fit into the hole for the charger? It's a 15V DC hole but I don't have the proper charger.
