Judge Recommends Xbox 360 Sales Ban in US

if they stop selling xbox's because of copy right infringement, then wouldn't they also have to shut down the servers? and since microsoft is an american company, if they shut down the servers, it will cease all other off-shore servers.

I can't imagine why you would be butthurt about xbox (which you are, because there's no other reason for it), but this getting passed wont benefit you in any way, or even get rid of the xbox live community, because people will still own their consoles

the patent issues are about something inside the console
they wouldn't be required to shut down the servers just because their consoles break copyright laws
