I have high blood pressure but I get this often

Better get used to it, OP.

This happens to me at least once a day, almost every day.

You have either low blood pressure caused by orthostatic hypotension, or you are severely dehydrated.

I get the exact same thing

I lose my vision for about 3 seconds and almost fall over

DOES THIS LOOK LIKE THE ASS

OF SOMEONE WHO GIVES A stuff

no but really that's some stuff you need worked out with a therapist.
Not really, it's pretty normal. Happens to me all the time when I get out of bed.

eat something and it doesnt happen
either that or look straight down if it starts to happen

You stood up too fast. It usually occurs when you've been lying down for extended periods of time (like watching TV or sleeping) then stand up really quickly. To prevent this, stand up slower than normal. It gives your heart time to readjust to pumping harder.

I have Low Blood Pressure, so whenever I get up from a sitting or lying position too fast, I almost always pass out and hit the floor. Like if I get the head rush part of it, it lasts like 10 seconds and its terrible

it used to happen to me, like, at least once every other day a few months ago
now it's just like once a month or less

what

please god
tell me you're joking

also, you can purposefully cause it by breathing really deeply while sitting down for a good ten minutes and then standing up and moving really quickly
I don't suggest doing that though, it could also cause you to pass out, and you could hit your head or something

i head head rushed like 30 seconds after i get up quickly.

this only happens if i've been sitting with my legs up for long periods of time, usually a few seconds after i stand up and begin moving. it used to happen a lot more back when i played video games on my bed, but it stopped since i started using my desk again.

That happens to me but usually 3/4 of the time it goes right to blindness.

i get it, too

Sometimes the back of my head starts to hurt like hell.
