fixed bug that caused peeing function to never end, which caused the map to slowly fill with piss until the player left the game

- Doges no longer kill eachother and rub their stuff in eachother's eyes if shaders are off.
BUGS : Doges now poop and pee out of their snake. Screams of pain are common in your servers.
