Never ever use your front wheel-break when going fast or stuff will hurt.

I slam on both breaks.

First time i rode a bike was with one training wheel on the steepest hill in my neighborhood. I went like 20mph down this thing then hit a curb and flew like 5 ft into a bush. I didn't ride bikes for a while after.

Or uh, just not slam on it suddenly? Don't slam it so the wheel stops.

That's the logical way of thinking about it but when you need to make an emergency stop and you automatically think of the break you use most it becomes tricky.

First time I rode a bike, without training wheels was when I was 3 or 4. I love riding my bike, I actually added some stuff onto it recently.
