Dedicated servers---My PC or thiers?

When I host a dedicated server, is this taking up my own machine, or is the server on their own?

I have tiny bandwidth.

Blockland servers don't take up as much bandwidth as you'd think.
It's hosted on your own computer clearly.

For cpu usage, it's number of bricks * number of players.  100 players with ~5000 bricks is probably no problem, but 100 players with 100k bricks is basically impossible.
