Return to blockland has a new update available! "read only sorry nope"

Yeah, so problem is as title says. when i open BL, i get a notification saying the newest version of rtb is out. i click "download" like any respectable fellow, and an error comes up saying my copy of RTB is read only. so i decided to find it, and change it back if it is. well turns out it WASN'T read only, however my computer said it could be blocking it. i used the "unblock function" changed the folder to read only and back, then restarted bl to try again. same thing. i've also reinstalled RTB.

And i just looked around and found my blockland was actually not in program files where it should be. i moved it in, i'll check if that works.

The main Blockland folder is supposed to be in Documents now.
