It was removed you have to click install dedicated server shortcuts when installing the game. I think there's a downloadable one somewhere on the forums but I'm not sure where it went.

Create a shortcut to the BlocklandLauncher.exe, and set
--- Code: ---"C:\Program Files (x86)\Blockland\BlocklandLauncher.exe" -dedicated
--- End code ---
as the target.
Just replace "C:\Program Files (x86)\Blockland" with the path to BlocklandLauncher.exe.
