I agree with the OP, but however Whocares99 is not the victim unless he allows his admins to break the rules, Orienthus is the one that should be focused on.

Because if he wants to remove you from the admin list, he is free to do that.

A host simply does not abuse his server (Unless its a common idiot), if he feels like if he wants to ban you for doing something wrong, he is also free in doing that.

I only use the admin orb/teleporting if:
I spy on a suspected rule breaker and find him breaking rules.
Person A claims that Person B is breaking rules, if there was a mod that allows admins to freeze blockheads in place, I'd download it for my server in a heartbeat. I should suggest that mod to be created.
I'm stuck and use the orb to unstuck myself.
When another person is stuck and can't get out.

That's all the reasons I would think at the top of my head.
None of which I think should be deadminable and so far haven't seen anybody get de-admined for doing that.

I agree the I'm going to pay off demerits thing is stupid though.
