Well, that was more of my honest opinion. I just can't take the enemies seriously in that game, it's fun to forget around with them

Oh, well I guess if you've played lots of horror games they just don't scare you anymore.

Amnesia is an amazing game, don't get me wrong, it does a great job in immersing you in the story and environment. I don't think it's scary, but thrilling. I like the rush of having an enemy chasing after you while you can't do stuff about it. However, after the part where the Kaenerk chased you, I was too nervous to set foot in water again. I find those creatures to actually be the most frightening in the game, because they're invisible and you are encouraged to use your imagination to fill the gap. However, I like messing around with the other enemies. It's fun to build a barricade in a room, lure a monster in there, and watch him try to tear it to shreds. It's fun to throw random furniture at the enemies and watch them stagger. I don't like games in which some random stuff comes out of thin air and spooks you, it's just no fun. Amnesia hardly ever does that, so it's more enjoyable to play than other horror games IMO

I can't even play amnesia. I do not do scary, one sound of footsteps scares me to the point where I quit.
