If someone wants to join me in my marsh apothecary that'd be dandy, I'd be happy to share the (currently unfinished) building and the 128x128 square of protection, maybe then I could actually feel safe making a path to the place and setting up shop
Otherwise I might as well just tear the place down and rebuild it in a pre-existing town, though I really wanted to keep the theme of "potion shop in the middle of a swamp"
