you get around 5 dollars for every mob kill. kill 100 mobs and you're golden. it shouldn't be that hard if you have a mob spawner.

It's a Towny server. Having a mob spawner shouldn't really be a requirement for anything. People join to make or be a part of a town, not to dig downwards until they find a spawner.
Hell, you shouldn't get money to kill mobs in the first place. It doesn't make sense.
