Since this a bump, double post :) Anyway, after Redliub decided that the town wall was going to overlap my backyard walls I decided to more or less tear out the cobblestone walls and wood and use stone bricks instead. It looks quite a bit better now, and more castle like. Also 'finished' The Pit. It's around 10 blocks deep, 16x16, and is basically a tree farm with an unused farm field above and water covered glass skylights.
