New Runescape Combat System?

The news is everywhere. I even got a flier inviting me to beta in my account. Before I sign up, can someone explain what it is?
On another note, I'm curious on what 2006scape.com is. It has a nasty looking home page, and if it's a pirating site I'll remove the link.

2006 scape is runescape from 2006, essentially. with all of the original sounds, graphics, midi musics and stuff.
I don't know anything about the new combat, but jesus forget thank god, the worst thing about runescape is the incredibly clunky combat which made the game more of a statistic influencer than a frigging game

if the new combat is good i might actually renew my subscription. too loving bad they don't let free accounts sign up for the beta, kind of dumb they don't want any opinions from people who haven't been convinced they should be paying almost 8 dollars a month for a game.
