1. it's running through bukkit. none are using spoutcraft. yes, they are server sided.
2. we're going to run tests this summer on the compatibility.
3. not really. it's running at my friend's house, so it's not really an issue of hosting the machine anywhere
4. we can easily do so in the next year

yeah, we're just trying our best. in all reality, we have the resources to become big, we just need to use them wisely.
some parts of the server's infrastructure were based off of a couple other successful servers, but used in this setting and with our own methods

thank you! we're working out random event systems and stuff like that to keep people on their toes.
people will also be able to form clans so they can grow stronger in numbers

if this turns out being as good as I hope, I'll probably be spending a good chunk of time on the server

There will be RPing, to an extent. It's very heavily themed, and there will be relevant random events, such as increased hordes of infected, and Self Delete bombers (creepers), etc.
People are free to form squads as they wish. C:
