Bricks & Weapons are black

Hey.
I'm having a problem. Every server I go to, the bricks are completely black, and so are the weapons. The map is just fine and so is my character. I went away for 20 minutes and came back and all bricks were black. This happens to every server I go to. How do I fix it? I've made sure my graphics are up to date.

Enter "resetLighting();" into the console when you spawn.
