What are your hopes for this server?: I hope this server becomes pretty popular, it looks like it's got great potential and it stands out from all the other TDM's there are out there, and with grreat builders on hand then the'll be great maps! A fun-looking, original idea i would say!

It totally does.
It determines your overall intelligence toward replying to people and how you would act when communicating with someone in-game.
Admin abuse isn't "fun".
If the host tells you to stop and you don't, that is abuse.
It doesn't matter what you do, the host is technically the leader of the server and you go by his rules, if he disapproves you don't break them because they are "fun".
Fun is actually playing the game, you honestly had to have done something to make someone drama you for badmining.
Even if someone was badmining in-game I wouldn't drama them, it would have to be major.
Badmining isn't having fun.
Also it requires a certain level of respect and mental intelligence to be able to withstand the job.
If you honestly think it's not fun if you don't badmin then you are handicapped.
Overall you say you changed but it still doesn't look good for you.
People with pasts like yours aren't necessarily liked by everyone.
I normally don't admin people who have many dramas on them, you can say most are this or that but every drama is someone upset at you, thus implying you piss people off.

You're saying just because it's forum related it doesn't make you look bad?
So you only act stupid on the forums, and not in-game. I totally doubt that.
