vid is cool but it needs to be 2 things,#1 created after mlp:fim Pegasus characters (i.e. rainbow dash, derpy, etc.), #2 be more blockland oriented (i.e. blocky, rough edges) or it'll lag up slow computers like my laptop. but great flying animation, nice work to the creator 8/10

Your idea has 0% usability and would be generally hated by everyone who plays the game. I also highly doubt anyone with the skill to make a good player type will ever agree to make this.
It is just a bad idea and only gets the community mad at you.

Its roughly around 500 polygons. My oldest unit (1999) can easily render that.

This is Blockland, the place where you build stuff. Not the place where you can be a Horse, or a boat, or spawn vehicles like Jeeps, Tanks, or shoot weapons like guns, rocket launchers, akimbo weapons. Your argument is invalid.
