Minecraft server hosting help

I've tried to open my ports with my modem and router.
Im hosting the server just under the port 25565 and if I put that in the multiplayer menu I can join the server as :25565

I have no clue what IP Im running it under
Because in the server properties I have nothing under server IP
I've tried my external, internal, and the IP I port forwarded with but nothing

Any clue. Sorry I'm an idiot
