The server will be back up in less than 2 hours. I'm editing the code a bit, which I'm slow at because I'm not a scripter. I plan on raising the amount of demerits that pickpocketers get for pickpocketing, and whatever else you guys suggest after this post if possible.

make it so a person becomes wanted after commiting one murder, not two. There are too many people not becoming wanted after just killing someone.

I would really like to have cops be able to use firearms on vehicles and criminals if they are over 4 stars, also i do not think that batons should deal damage to people that are not wanted. it is way to easy to miss and hit someone and or commit a crime for trying to jail a pick-poketer because you figure that they are guilty. Also people have been jumping in front of miners and lumber jacks, making them criminals. these are just a few things to consider. overall i LOVE this server and hope to be on it when its up again.

Yea, that is why Ikoyian went on his massive killing spree. The cops couldn't do anything about it with their little batons, while Ikoyian was in his car running people over. With firearms and vehicles, the match is even, considering it's apparent that the city has some very violent criminals.

I really want the budget idea. In that kind of roleplay economy, no money is made up out of thin air, except the initial amount.

Fees for demerits (I disagree about that), fees paid to become a job, money awarded to cops, and money from taxes all have to go somewhere.

stealing not just wink's build, but every other person that has built on the server's builds is bad. if that's what he is doing. otherwise why would he label it with wink's name?
