According to epic games this engine can utilize 1 or more teraflops (whatever that means) pay attention the particles because they are all individually rendered they aren't simple sprites or textures. Epic games has also confirmed they are already working on several next gen titles.

Watch_Dogs I'm pretty sure uses Unreal Engine 4.

"rendered in-engine"  So?  Every Valve trailer is done in-engine, but the games don't look that nice.
