I believe Flames of War is the same scale as Axis & Allies (15mm)
So no, you can't cross over. Although the units and everything are pretty much the same gameplay-wise.

You think you got a hard time. I gotta paint 21 tanks, 390 Infantry, 8 Rocket Batteries and alot more.
