good, lo-power house game in steam under $10?

really, i don't know what to get, and i'm worried that they require alot of cpu usage, like tf2, but the point is:
is there a game thats one:
not bad
is in steam
doesn't need a wall of video cards, ram, and cooling devices
and is $10 or less

sorry if this bothers you, but i need to know this fast

i have $15, but i want to use the $5 for dlc
