How do I move an entire build 20 plates up?

Title pretty much. It's not baseplated and would be a huge pain to duplicate in parts (it has a lot of anti-tank barriers, barbed wire etc.). I tried to drop the save file in the 'duplications' forlder but for some reason it's only placing 9000-ish bricks of 14000 (and yes I pressed enter multiple times, just says 0/14000 bricks duplicated successfully).

Aware:

There is no easy way to do this. That is why your supposed to build on a baseplate.

I actually put it on the floor for the shadow effect which is lost with baseplates :c

NOEDIT: How hard is it to make a map that's 20 plates lower?

Map demigod Mega Bear taught me how to change a 0 to a -4 and everything is fixed now, locking.
