why can't i host properly anymore?

how is this relevant to the topic?
do you have an anti-virus enabled which may interfere with hosting or something familiar?

And a question, how do you forward your ports?

Yeah, I've had the same issue today too. Hosted just fine yesterday, can't host at all today.

you probably rebooted your computer and got a new internal ip address.
try re-port forwarding.
